The rigid endoscope was used successfully in diagnosis and surgical fenestration of posterior choanal atresia both bilateral and unilateral cases. The endoscope provided strict visual control of the techanique, gives good evaluation before, during and after surgery. This techanique markedly reduced morbidity, operating time and provided safe and direct approach. |
