The aim of this study is to determine the predictivevalue of urinary thromboxane A2 metabolites in early diagnosis of AMI (Acute Myocardial Inferction) and to compare its sensitivity and specificitywith other measures used to diagnose AMI as ECG (Electrocardiogram) CKMB (creatinine kinase-MB ) , LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) ,and myoglobin.
