Evaluation of the results will be done individually for each case according to the type of fracture, the degree of displacement, the decided definitive treatment and the presence of any associated injuries. Also, the sequalae of the pelvic injury itself and any complications regarding the treatment method will be discussed. MATERIALS 30 cases with displaced pelvic ring injuries. METHODS 1- Clinical evaluation of haemodynamically stable patient: - Diagnosis: symptoms and signs. - X-ray in different views. - CT scan of pelvis. - Classification of injury and decision of the definitive management. 2- Preoperative planning. - Selection of approach. - Selection of implants for fixation. 3- Operative procedure. - Exposure of fracture site. - Reduction of fracture. - Provisional fixation. 4- Postoperative follow up: - Control of pain and avoidance of infection. - X-rays done periodically to asses stability, and union. 5- Detection of complications.
