Abstract:

Research aims: Find out the relationship between burnout and some demographic variables and personality traits for teachers of swimming Learning Disabilities (Egypt and France). The research sample: Consisted of teachers of swimming learning disabilities, clubs El Ahly (13) teachers, Zamalek (9), and Banha (14) from the ARE, and Olympique Marseille (9), Rennes (3) from France, and total sample (78). Data collection tools: - Questionnaire to Burnout from Maslach & Jackson - Questionnaire to personality traits from M.Allawy Conclusions: - There are significant differences in the level of burnout and personality traits between the teachers of swimming Learning disabilities (Egypt - France) in favor of a sample Egypt. - There is a correlation between most of the dimensions of personality traits and burnout for the teachers of swimming Learning disabilities (Egypt - France). - There are no significant differences between the teachers of swimming Learning Disabilities in demographic variables. Recommendations: - Designing orientation and professional programs to help in recruiting the teachers of swimming Learning Disabilities according to professional and personal standards - Designing protective and treating programs to help the teachers of swimming Learning Disabilities to deal with burnout problems.
