Abstract:

Introduction and research problem: The modern world witnesses rapid, successive changes and a growing, spectacular scientific and technical revolution which led to a change in the concept of modern education and became our approach to the relentless pursuit to the development of education based on educational technology through what it presents of valuable ways to deliver information and skills development in an effective manner, besides its ability to provide a flexible and powerful educational environment and this will have a far-reaching impact on the advancement of education and learning. (31: 25) Because of the researcher's sequential visits to Hope Schools for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing through education period process while studying in the diploma (professional for Special Education (hearing disabilities) Division and watch the real fact that there are shortcomings in the use of technological innovations in teaching in addition the curriculum of physical education, which is taught Hope Schools of is the same curriculum taught in the schools of the fit and the educational methods used do not fit with them due to the lack of full understanding of their nature and how to improve their mental abilities and motor achievements. The teaching methods, whether for the hearing impaired or normal are the same , and only differ in the use of hand signals and verbal without any special considerations for those category, and the physical education teacher in the schools of the disabled set (deaf and dumb) does not require the availability of certain professional conditions in teacher such as access to special courses qualify him to deal with that category, and that has a significant impact on the lack of real learning in the teaching process. Hence the researcher found it necessary to complete the previous steps for researchers to keep pace with technological innovations and use one of the methods of modern teaching in physical education and the need to take advantage of the potential of teaching and learning technology and for use by the systematic way design various and effective learning environments in motor learning in general and athletics in private.
