Course Description:
Technology and Preservation of Milk and Dairy Products The postgraduate students to be prepared to assure dairy technology. This will be achieved through: • Provide students with basic information about milk technology. • Provide students with basic information about milk products technology. • Provide students basic information about basic technological methods for dairy products. • Enable students to understand the defects that can be occurred in dairy products. • Enable students to understand the technological methods adopted in dairy farms to perform milk production. • Enable students to understand how to overcome technological defects. • Enhance the student educational experience about preservation of dairy products. Encourage students to suggest different ideas to improve dairy products and planning for new dairy products.
