Course Description:
• Identify poultry farm management and the possible public health significance of egg, meat and their products. • Recognize common poultry breeds in his governorate, and identify their genetic basis. • Distringish the common bacterial and viral infection and their effects on poultry production. • Recognize the statistical tools used in economic evaluation of poultry farms. • Be aware about community development and protection of environment. • Identify quality requirements and ethics in veterinary professional practice. . Identify different stress factors affecting poultry production and reproduction.
