Course Description:
The course aims at introducing the (1) the overall objectives of the decision The course aims to student knowledge of the concept of management and human resource development and the role of human resources in the development of agricultural production and the importance of human resources and development and methods of education, training and human resource development and the importance of human development in national income. (2) intended learning outcomes of the decision: by the end of this course, the student should be able to A - knowledge and understanding A.1 - recognize the role of human resources in the development of agricultural production. A.2 - known human productivity. A-3 - Willem factors influencing the development of human resources. B - mental skills B.1 - identifies human resource development programs. B.2 - links between training and human resource development. B.3 - choose scientific methods to improve the management of human resources.
