Course Description:
The course aims at introducing the varieties of horticultural crops (fruit - vegetables - medicinal plants and aromatic) appropriate for the purposes of food processing (juices - jams - canning - freezing - drying - pickling - spices - pigment - fragrances) and production methods and how to prepare and equip the fruits of industrialization.
