Course Description:
This course aims to introducing the toxicology and food additives .By completion of this course, student should able to Define the toxicology, biotransformation of toxicant for detection the effect of some toxicants on some organs- Underline the important of short term and long term toxicity studies- State the toxicology of some organ- List methods to isolation and determination of some food additives.
