Course Description:
This course aims to inform the student about the fields of indusrial and organizational psychology, the axes of its study, and give them more accurate scientific understanding of professtional and indusrial organizations. The course includes the emergence and the development of this section and the contributions of the scientists, and the psychology of individual differences and analysis of thework andprofesstional relationships. It also specifies vocational guidance and work related, point of view of the psychological theories, and the rols of the psychologist in professtional psychosocial programs.
