Course Description:
The postgraduate students to be prepared to assure dairy products analysis. This will be achieved through: • Provide students with basic information about milk analysis. • Enable students to understand the analytical methods adopted in dairy farms. • Provide students with basic information about milk products analysis. • Provide students basic information about basic analytical methods for dairy products. • Enable students to understand the standards of milk and dairy products. • Provide students basic information about basic analytical methods for egg and egg products. • Provide students basic information about basic analytical methods for fats and oils. Encourage students to understand the new methods and analytical equipments for dairy products.
