To evaluate whether elevated urinary fibrinopeptide A (FPA) level
|predicts angiographyically documented intracoronary thrombus in
patients with unstable angina, thirty eightpatientswithunstable angina,
I16 with crescendo and 22 with newonset rest angina .ten patientswith
™stable angina, in addition to ten healthy subjects,were studied.Aurine
_sample for urinary FPA assay was taken after an episode ofchest pain.
