Objective: the aimofthiswork is to study the treadmill score as apre
dictor ofcoronary artery disease.
Materials and methods: the study comprised 50 patients referredfor
evaluation of chest pain: 33 males and 17females with mean age 51-9
years.Allpatients were subjected to thorough history taking, full clinical
examination, standard 12-led electrocardiography, treadmill exercise
electrocardiographywith the assessment ofECGandNON-ECG criteriaof
the test and assessment ofDuke Treadmill score (DISJ. DTS=Exercse
time-(5xST deviation)-(4x treadmill angina). All patients underwent coro
nary angiographywithin90 days ofexercise testing. |
