Enddrectdl advancement flap was used for closure of complicated anorectaiflstuide in 30 patients. Ttie cause of the flstuiae was cryptoglapdular abscess, Crohn's disease or catrogenicfhis technique proved to. be sucessftil in 90% of the operated cases . No major complications were reported and the sphincter junction was preserved.
