Purpose: To monitor the 10P
measurements by Ocular Response
Analyzer (ORA) considering the corneal
biomechanical properties and compare it to
Goldman applanation tonometer (GAT) the
gold standard.
Methods: An observational crosssectional
clinical study, 80 eyes of 43
participants were included. All participants
underwent TOP measurement by ORA and
GAT. Corneal compensated 10P(10Pcc),
Goldman related 10Pg , values of corneal
hysteresis (CH) and Corneal resistance
factor were recorded. Statistical analysis of
the data was done. |
