Purpose: To assess the value of short — wave length automated perimetery in diagnosis of
glaucoma.
Patients and Methods: Forty four eyes of 30 patients (Group I) previously diagnosed and proved
as having glaucoma and twenty eight eyes of glaucoma suspect patients (Group II) were evaluated by
both standard automated perimetery and short — wave length automated perimetery using Humphrey
Field Analyzer. parametric variables were compared using student t — test and non parametric
variables were compared using mann's — Whitney test. |
