To investigate the levels of 5-HT (serotonin, 5-hydroxytryptamine) and 5-H1AA (5- hydroxiindolacetic acid) in the aqueous humor and plasma of human eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and to correlate their concentrations with the severity of glaucoma. |
