Publications of Faculty of Medicine:Comparison of Topical Diclofenac Sodium to Prednisolone Acetate for Corneal Swelling and Sensitivity in Humans: Abstract

To compare the effects of steroidal and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on the corneal swelling and sensitivity. The corneas were loaded with the drugs for 48 hours before starting the experiment and different readings for the corneal thickness and sensitivity were recorded at different time intervals after inducing corneal oedema so as to compare the drug effects clearly.
