The profound immune defects associatedwith human immunodeficiency virus
(HIV) may lead to altered clinical presentation, a more aggressive course arid
multiplicity of associated disease1.
The occurrence of cutaneous leishmaniasis,2'3'4'5 tuberculosis,6'7'8'9'10 and
syphilis'11'12 among patients infected with HIV in whom it presents with
uncommon clinical, biological and evolutionary signs, is being reportedmore arid
more often1.We report a case of HIV infected patient with disseminated cutaneous
leishmanisis, overlapped by kaposis's sarcoma, accompanied by Fournierts
gangrene of the penis and anal fissure. |
