1-Exhaustive manager of multi-purpose lab. for computer and languages
2-Supervising and guiding the undergraduates student (bachelor students) for visiting the food processing companies around Egypt.
Scientific Activities of 2012
3-Organizing the first international conference on biotechnology applications in agriculture (18-22 February, 2012).
4-Organizing the training program for development the Food technology skills for Agriculture Secondary school teachers in Egypt from 4 to 8 March, 2012 and also give talks about food quality and safety.
5-Attending the training program for Biotechnology application for under and post graduate student from 26 February – 18 march, faculty of agriculture, Benha university (trainer).
Scientific Activities of 2011
6-I have attended many workshops in the supreme council of universities central unit of IT training such as Statistical analysis using SPSS, intellectual property rights, Presentations, spreadsheets, the effective communications, ...etc.
7-Teaching the Edible oil technology course in the food processing technology program (English program) Cairo University.
8-Give some oral presentation in the international publishing and poster preparations for journals and conferences.
