Scientific Activities of 2013 1-Organizing the international PhD mini-symposium held at JLU-Giessen.

Bioconductor tools. ChIP-Seq (chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing). Bulk transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) & single-cell transcriptome sequence (scRNA-seq) Proteomics: SILAC and free label detection. Embryonic, adult stem cells and iPSCs biology.
