Course Description:
The course aims at introducing students to the role of psychology in the industrial field, and the interaction of the psychological and social sciences with sciences of management and administration in order to reach a more accurate scientific understanding of the occupational and industrial organizations. This course includes a study of topics such as an introduction to occupational Psychology, the psychology of individual differences, analyzing work, understanding work as a human value, the relationship between multiple variables like occupational guidance and occupational training, occupational rehabilitation and ergonomics, occupational diseases and mental health, and work-related injuries.
