Course Description:
The course aims at introducing students to the nature of social psychology, its origins and development, contributions of the scientists and its relationship to other sciences with especial reference to the contribution of psychological theories and its contemporary problems. This course includes a study of topics of Social Psychology such as rumors psychology, socialization, values, and leadership. It also investigates the scientific methods of research for example values-measurement, projective tools as used within a socio-cultural context, and basic psychological operations within the same context.
