| Abstract: |
This paper assumes that the starting time in the machine time scheduling problem is stochastic. The starting time is random variable follows certain distribution. A particle swarm optimization algorithm has been developed to find best starting time for each machine in each cycle when starting time follows uniform or normal distribution. |
