Abstract:

Illiteracy Problem is a problem facing the developing countries. The problem is the determination of the suitable locations to build literate classes at a city to educate illiterates with considering the calculation of cost in terms of time, distance and money. The problem under consideration will represented as a multi-objective optimization model. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) will be used to solve this problem with a lot of conflict objectives and constraints and it will be apply this heuristic technique for a case study with these conditions.
