The aim of the research was to developing listening skills among sixth grade pupils in intellectual education schools by using digital stories. The main instruments were used: A listening skills checklist, a listening test, List of digital story criteria, and a collection of digital stories. The design of the research was one experimental group pre- posttest consisted of (11) pupils at intellectual education schools. Before using the digital stories, the pretest was administered to determine the study participants level in listening skills. Then, the post test was a determined after using the digital stories. Results revealed that the digital stories were effective in developing listening skills among sixth grade pupils in intellectual education schools. The research recommended the use of modern technological applications such as: digital stories in the development of Arabic language skills for pupils in schools of intellectual education. |
