الملخص:
يمثل هذا البحث مدخلاً لمحاولة فهم وتفسير الأفكار الخاصة بالمبانى السكنية حيث المساحات الكبيرة العملاقة, والتى ظهرت من قبل وخصوصا بالبلاد الغربية منذ الحرب العالمية لتلبية أحتياجات الناس من المأوى والسكن, مع دراسة وتحليل تلك المبانى السكنية وفهم الفكر الخاص بنظرياتها, والتى ساهمت فى ظهور السكن بتلك المشاريع العملاقة بهذا الشكل, حيث تم استعراض ودراسة وتحليل مجموعة من المشاريع التى تم بنائها بمناطق ودول مختلفة, لكى تكون دراسة حالة وأمثلة بحثية لما سبق, للوقوف على السلبيات والإيجابيات التى ظهرت بتلك المشاريع التى تحتوى على عدد هائل من الوحدات السكنية, تم استعراض فكرة مشروع إنشاء أكبر مبنى سكنى فى العالم بمصر والذي ظهر مؤخراً, وقد تم طرحه من خلال إحدى الشركات المصرية, ثم عمل استبيان مع الناس لإستطلاع الرآى وإبداءه والمشاركة من خلال الفكر, والذى شارك فيه مجموعة من المهندسين المعماريين والطلاب الدارسين في مجال العمارة والمستخدمين من الناس, وكذلك فتح باب الحوار للمناقشة وأيضاً عرض الأفكار المقترحة المختلفة من خلالهم, ومن هذا المنطلق فإن هذا البحث دعوه للفهم للوصول إلى السكن الأفضل.
Abstract:
This research is an introduction to the attempt to understand and explain the ideas of residential buildings where large giant spaces, which appeared before, especially in Western countries since the World War to meet the people needs from shelter and housing, with the study and analysis of these buildings and understanding of theories thought, This project was reviewed, studied and analyzed a number of projects that have been built in different regions and countries, so as to be a case study and research examples of the above, to find out the negatives and positives that emerged in those projects that contain a huge number of units ,The project of constructing the largest residential building in the world in Egypt was recently reviewed. It was presented through an Egyptian company. Then, a questionnaire was conducted with people to explore the idea of the project. It was attended by a group of architects and students studying in the Architecture field and users of the people, as well as open the door for dialogue, discussion and also the presentation of the proposed ideas through them, and from this point of view, this research called for understanding to get to better housing.
