الملخص:
يعد موضوع إهمال المباني والمنشاءات ذات الطراز المعمارى المتميز ظاهرة منتشرة في الأونة الأخيرة مما يؤدى إلى هدمها واندثارها، وبالتالي ضياع الطابع العام المميز للمكان، وذلك في محاولة لهدم المباني القديمة المحددة من حيث المساحة والإرتفاع وبناء عمارات حديثة ذات ارتفاعات شاهقة مع استغلال المساحة والإستفادة منها أقصى استفادة ممكنه، ومن هنا تم التوجه إلى دراسة مفهوم ومستويات الطابع العمرانى للمكان والطابع المعمارى للمبانى ومفهوم الطراز المعمارى، وعرض معايير ومواصفات المباني والمنشآت المنصوص عليها بالقانون رقم 144 لسنة 2006، والتي تختص بالمبانى ذات الطراز المعمارى المتميز، ثم الإنتقال إلى الدراسات الميدانية لتلك المباني ببعض المحافظات المختلفة وذلك من خلال الرصد ومقابلة بعض الخبراء والمسؤولين وكذلك ملاك تلك المباني ذات الطراز المعمارى المتميز وذلك للوصول إلى نتائج تم عرضها من خلال المقارنة، وعمل استبيان لاستطلاع الرأى والمشاركة في الفكر لمعرفة مدى إدراك المجتمع لأهمية ذلك الموضوع حيث شارك فيه مجموعة من المهندسين المعماريين والطلاب الدارسين في مجال العمارة والعامة من الناس، وقد تم فتح باب الحوار للمناقشة وعرض الأفكار المختلفة، بخلاف إجراء المقابلات لعرض المقترحات ثم الوصول إلى نتائج وتوصيات، ومن هذا المنطلق فإن هذا البحث دعوه للاهتمام بالمبانى ذات الطراز المعمارى المتميز التي تمثل المناطق ذات الطابع العمرانى، والاستفادة منها مع توعية الأجيال الحالية للحفاظ عليها لأنها تمثل فكر وثقافة المجتمع في فترات زمنية معينة، فهو موروث الأجيال السابقة يجب تنميته لتسليمه للأجيال القادمة.

Abstract:
The issue of neglecting buildings with distinguished architectural style is a widespread phenomenon recently, which leads to their demolition and extinction, and thus the loss of the general distinctive character of the place, in an attempt to demolish the old buildings specified in terms of area and height and build modern buildings with high altitudes while exploiting the space and making the most of it. Possible, and from here we were directed to study the concept and levels of the urban character of the place and the architectural character of the buildings and the concept of the architectural style, and to present the standards and specifications of buildings and facilities stipulated in Law No. 144 of 2006, which are concerned with buildings of a distinguished architectural style, and then move on to field studies of those buildings in some governorates The different types, through monitoring and interviewing some experts and officials, as well as the owners of those buildings of distinguished architectural style, in order to reach the results that were presented through comparison, and a questionnaire was made to survey opinion and participate in thought to know the extent to which the community realized the importance of this topic, in which a group of architects and students participated in it In the field of architecture and the general public, the door for dialogue has been opened for discussion Presenting different ideas, other than conducting interviews to present proposals and then reach results and recommendations, and from this point of view, this research is an invitation to pay attention to buildings of distinguished architectural style that represent urban areas, and to benefit from them while educating current generations to preserve them because they represent the thought and culture of society in periods It is the heritage of previous generations that must be developed and passed on to future generations.
