The interest in quality and advancement of handicrafts is considered a national duty that we must strive to achieve. Egypt possesses many crafts that characterize it, and possesses the historical and cultural ingredients that qualify it for excellence in many of them. This will contribute to the treatment of many economic problems as well as providing various employment opportunities and reducing the unemployment problem and what follows it from social and economic problems.
From this point of view, that was the aim of this research where the quality of the handmade products is an important element of no less importance than the need to preserve the amazing nature and the specialized nature of arts, industries and handicrafts. The Egyptian handmade product can compete strongly in international markets, especially if it is environmentally friendly. If the international standards set international requirements to control the quality of the products and the services, it is our duty to adapt these requirements to suit the handicrafts to ensure achieving the desired benefit from them and satisfying the buyer's desires and satisfaction and thus achieving a better competitive position within the markets.
The research is based on designing a quality system within the organization or the unit in which the product is manufactured, ensures the quality of the materials and all the stages which the product undergoes and verifies the quality of the finished product. |
