| Abstract | يتناول البحث بالدراسة مدن الموانىء والثغور المصرية فى عصر الدولة الأيوبية(567/648ه_1171/1250م)، متعرضاً لأوضاعها الجغرافية، وأحوالها السياسية والإدارية والمالية، ودارساً لأنشطتها الإقتصادية، وتنظيماتها وعمارتها الحربية. وكان السبب الرئيس الذى لأجله حدد الباحث الفترة الزمنية لبحثه، هو أهمية حقبة الحروب الصليبية فى التاريخ الوسيط، بحيث لم يقتصر تأثيراتها على الشرق فى العمليات الحربية فحسب، بل كذلك طبعت تأثيراتها على الإنسان المشرقى ومدنه، ولما كانت مدن الثغور المصرية من مدن المواجهة المباشرة مع الغرب الأوربى إبان ذلك، فكان من الطبيعى أن ينالها بعضاً من تلك التأثيرات وقد اعتمد الباحث فى دراسته على المنهج السردى التحليلى، القائم على جمع المعلومات من مصادرها الأصيلة، وتحليلها للوصول إلى النتائج. وقد تم دراسة الموضوع فى تمهيد وأربعة فصول، وخاتمة، وقد تم إيضاح الأوضاع السياسية والإدارية والمالية والإقتصادية والحربية لهذه المدن. هذا وقد كان أهم ما استخلصه الباحث فى دراسته ، مدى الإرتباط بين أوضاع مدن الثغور وقوة الأنظمة الحاكمة فى الداخل المصرى. **************** Abstract Dealing with research study, Egyptian ports and Border cities (thughor), during Ayyubid Era (567-648 H/1171-1250 AD), heckled its geographical situations, political situations, administrative, financial matters, economic activities, and its warplanes. | Abstract | { الــمستخلص} تكثف هذه الدراسة الضوء على إشكالية العزل والتولية فى مصر فى العصر الفاطمي؛ من حيث أسبابها، أغراضها، ونواتجها على مستويين مختلفين مترابطين، هما؛ المستوى الخاص بالأفراد؛ من حيث ترقيهم وصعودهم لسلم العمل الإداري؛ أو عزلهم منه، ثم المستوى العام؛ المتمثل فى تأثير هذه القرارات على الدولة قوة وضعفاً. وقد سعي الباحث فى دراسته _من خلال ما ورد فى المصادر عن العزل والتولية_ لرسم صورة لسمات العزل والتولية فى العصر الفاطمى؛ وذلك من خلال إخضاع هذه القرارات للدراسة والتحليل والمقارنة بين العهود المختلفة للخلفاء والمراحل والعصور التى مرت بها الدولة الفاطمية ذاتها؛ وأخيرا رصد وتيرة عملية العزل والتولية بين التسارع والتباطىء؛ وتوضيح مبررات ذلك وأسبابه. وقد اعتمد الباحث فى دراسته على المنهج السردى التحليلى، القائم على جمع المعلومات من مصادرها الأصيلة، وتحليلها للوصول إلى نتائج تقارب واقع الأحداث فى تلك العصور؛ وقد تم دراسة الموضوع فى تمهيد وخمسة فصول، وخاتمة، هذا وقد كان أهم ما استخلصه الباحث فى دراسته ، مدى الارتباط الوثيق بين قوة الدولة وضعفها وطبيعة قرارات العزل والتولية التى تتخذ بداخلها. *************************** This study intensifies the light on the problem of Segregation and Appointment in Positions at Egypt in the Fatimid era, in terms of its causes, purposes, and outputs at two different levels, which are linked, namely, the level of individuals, in terms of their promotion and rise to the ladder of administrative work; or their isolation from it, and then the general level, which is the impact of these decisions on the state strength and weakness. The study also sought to paint a picture of the attributes of Segregation and Appointment in the Fatimid era by subjecting these decisions to study, analysis and comparison between the different covenants of the caliphs and the stages and ages of the Fatimid state itself; finally, to monitor the pace of the isolation process and the priority between acceleration and slowing down; and to clarify the justifications and reasons for this. In his study, the researcher relied on the analytical narrative method, which is based on collecting information from its original sources, and analyzing it to reach results that approximate the reality of events in those eras. The subject was studied in an introduction, five chapters, and a conclusion, and the most important thing that the researcher concluded in his study was the extent of the relationship between the strength and weakness of any state and the nature of the decisions of Appointment and guardianship that are taken within it. *********************************** |
