Research Abstract Research Title:"A comparative Study Of Psychological Burnout , And Concentration to the volleyball referees according to their grades in the Arab Republic of Egypt"0 Researcher Name: Ahmed Al maghawry Mrwan Al sayed The research aims to compare the causes and symptoms of Psychological burnout, and Concentration to the volleyball referees according to their grades in the Arab Republic of Egypt"0, and to identify the relationship between Psychological burnout and Concentration . The researcher used the descriptive approach, was conducted this study on a sample of (138) volleyball referees with four grades, the results of this study have shown that there are significant differences between the categories of four volleyball referees, in the measurement of the causes of Psychological burnout to referee in favor of the third degree referees, and for the dimensions of the scale The study proved the existence of significant differences in the dimension associated with the players or the team in favor of the international referees and the third degree referees, and the existence of significant differences for the dimension associated with the characteristics and personality referee in favor of the third degree referees, and the existence of significant differences for the dimension associated with the senior management of the referees in favor of the third degree referees, and the presence of statistically significant differences for the dimension associated with fans in favor of the third degree referees, and did not represent the media the cause of psychological pressure on the volleyball referees of their four grades. The results also showed lack of statistically significant differences between four categories of the volleyball referees, in the measurement of symptoms of stress, and for the measurement dimensions, the study proved the existence of significant differences in the physical exhaustion between the referees categories in favor of the international referees, and the existence of significant differences in the emotional exhaustion between the referees categories in favor of the third degree referees, while the study proved there is no statistically significant differences between four categories of the volleyball referees in the dimensions of mental exhaustion, and personal change for the worse, and the lack of sporting achievement. The study also showed a inverse correlation relationship statistically significant between the degree referees on self-help measurement and every dimensions degrees of causes pressure scale on the volleyball referees with the exception of the dimension associated with the media. The study also showed a inverse correlation relationship statistically significant between the degree referees on self-help measurement and every dimensions degrees of job satisfaction scale in the field of volleyball arbitration
