The research aims to identify the reality of the application of total quality management in the Directorate of Youth and Sports, Menoufia, the researcher used the descriptive method, was the research sample in the service providers who are employees of the Directorate and have been selected in the manner intentional employees in various administrative levels at the Diwan of the Directorate of Youth and Sports, Menoufia and numbered (150) and beneficiaries of the service and they (customers) who frequent the Directorate were selected randomly and numbered (20), the researcher used my application questionnaire as an essential tool for data collection, the study found that there is a recognition of the senior management of the concept of total quality and the importance of application of the Union, the lack of the Directorate for the application of total quality from the perspective of senior management and customers do not have the philosophy of customer focus, and there is participation of workers in continuous improvement processes, not having an integrated information system for total quality management, quality and level of services provided is not acceptable. |
