The importance of agricultural finance to reduce the food gap and the study of the most important factors affecting the efficiency of investment in Egypt. The study adopted the approach of economic and statistical analysis using the methods of descriptive and quantitative analysis, the results indicate that domestic production and total consumption gap, imports and the average per capita and the percentage of self-sufficiency in wheat during the study period (1995-2014), where it is clear that domestic production is not enough total consumption amounted quantity produced of wheat for an average study period of about 7.319 million tons, and the average annual consumption during the period was estimated at 13 million tons per year, which means that the average self-sufficiency ratio during the period amounted to about 56%, the average size of the gap a year during the period 5.742 million tons, was cover that gap by about 6.861 tons and an annual average imports during the study period, and the average per capita wheat for an average period of about 181 kg. Wheat was ranked first among the study crops where the relative importance of wheat ranged from about 1.4988 billion pounds, accounting for about 64.9% in 2006/2007 to about 1.9087 billion pounds, accounting for about 73.4 in 2009/2010 and an average study period of about 1.7222 billion melodic represents about 64.2 % of total loans granted to the winter of loans, amounting to about 2.6814 billion pounds, wheat area serviced loans from the development and agricultural credit Bank during the period (2006 / 2007-2014 / 2015), have ranged between two edged alone minimum of about 496.6 thousand acres in 2010/2011 and a maximum estimated at 2076.5 thousand acres in 2007/2008, an increase of approximately 143.9%, 119.1%, respectively, for the minimum and average estimated at 846.07 thousand acres during the study period. The evolution of the coverage ratio for wheat during the period (2006 / 2007-2014 /2015), have ranged between two edged alone minimum of about 21.83 in 2007/2008, and a maximum estimated at 79.83 in 2009/2010, an increase of approximately 365.7%, 130.4%, respectively, for the minimum and average estimated at 61.22 during the study period, the relative importance of the agricultural area serviced loans for wheat compared with the total space of the wheat harvest, show that it has ranged from a minimum of about 15.2 % a year (2013/2014), and a high of about 76.5% a year (2007/2008), and an average of as much as about 28% during the period (2006 / 2007-2013 / 2014), also show that the wheat crop comes in third place in terms of importance relative to loans granted in Winter Lug Qaliubiya province. A study the relationship between the total agricultural loans as the dependent variable and the total production of wheat crop as an independent variable, show a direct correlation with a positive impact of the total production of wheat crop independent variable on agricultural loans as a variable relationship continued, and this is consistent economic logic, have been identified the most fundamental problems that Tuahha development and agricultural credit Bank at the moment are: - the lack of adequacy of financing to farmers at a reasonable price, including interest and Leahy have conditions favorable for the production of crops and preparation for marketing in a timely manner. I have low self-financing farmers, particularly smallholders. Higher interest rates for agricultural loans to farmers, given the low value of the loan and insufficient to perform agricultural operations, not to pursue the bank for loans granted to farmers to make sure their use in the agricultural field. Low Almmgtah spaces agricultural loans for the total crop area of installation. The most important proposals and recommendations for the promotion of the role of the bank for agricultural development in particular and economic development in general, which is the provision of agricultural cash and in-kind loans by the Bank for farmers to perform farming operations, reducing the interest rate on the prices of various agricultural loans, especially investment loans, sufficient to ensure the crop for agricultural loans to enable holdings small access to credit. Reduction measures Stumble Upon payment with the help farmers to boost their capacity to repay, with a debt rescheduling in case of default in payment. Increase granted to enable the success of agricultural investment projects, the value of loans. Increase the number of branches, including in villages can access fast enough for farmers.
