Abstract:

Dairy and dairy products are important foods for humans, and increased food awareness and the entry of individuals have increased the demand for them, thus increasing the burden on the animal production sector. Which led to the deficit of local production of dairy and its failure to pursue the increasing demand for it, which led to the need to stand on the economic analysis of dairy production farms in Qalyubia governorate, the study deals with three parts, the first part deals with statistical and economic analysis of the production data of dairy farms in the villages of the sample, while the second part deals with the study of the cost structure of the sample farms, while the third part deals with statistical and economic analysis For the costs of the sample farmer, during the study period. 1. Statistical and economic analysis of dairy farm production data: Where it turns out that the most productive factors affecting the dairy production of buffalo for the total sample in the farms of Qalyubia Governorate during the study period it is clear that the increase in the amount used of dry feed, processed feed and human factor, used by the amount of the unit with the stability of other factors affecting production leads to an increase in production. The human factor by the unit with the stability of other factors affecting production leads to an increase in production. 2-Statistical and economic analysis of the productive costs of the study farms: It was found that the most influential productive elements on the production costs of dairy farms are the costs of feeding, the cost of human labor and the cost of veterinary care, insemination and animal depreciation, and by estimating the cost functions of the total sample it was found that the size that is below the costs is 7114.47 kg in the dairy farms of buffalo, while the dairy production farms of cows show that the minimum size of the costs is 2206.58 kg.
