هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على التحديات المجتمعية التي تواجه التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي المتقدم في مصر سواء على المستوى العالمي أو المحلي، والوقوف على الأسس الفلسفية لمؤشرات القيمة التعليمية المضافةكأحد مداخل تطوير تلك المدارس، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على النماذج القياسية العالمية لمؤشرات القيمة المضافة في ميدان التعليمو من ثم وضع مجموعة من مؤشرات القيمة المضافة المتعلقة بتطوير كافة عناصر منظومة المدارس الثانوية الصناعية المتقدمة في مصر.
واستخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي و كذلك اعتمد على مدخل القيمة التعليمية المضافة و مؤشراته لتطوير المدارس الصناعية المتقدمة في مصر.
نتائج البحث توصل البحث إلى:
1- وجود قصور في منظومة المدارس الصناعية المتقدمة.
2- وضع مجموعة من مؤشرات القيمة المضافة المتعلقة بكافة عناصر منظومة المدارس الثانوية الصناعية المتقدمة في مصر.
Summary of the research:
The aim of this research is to identify the societal challenges faced by the advanced industrial technical secondary education in Egypt, whether at the global or local level, and to find the philosophical and foundations of indicators of the value added of education as an entry point for the development of these schools. Education and then develop a set of indicators of value added related to the development of all elements of the system of industrial secondary schools developed in Egypt.
This research used the descriptive approach as well as relying on the added value added to the development of advanced industrial schools in Egypt.
