On the other hand by analysis of 50 stool samples of artificially-fed infants, 11 (22%) were infected with G. lamblia 14(28%) showed infection with E.histolytica. Concentration of IgA in human colostrum was (4.4 mgm/ml), while in mature milk samples was (2.1 mgm/ml). Human milk leucocytes were nearly equal in both colostrum and mature milk samples.
