The current study aimed to develop a counseling program to improve primary school teachers’ level of knowledge regarding the services provided to pupils with learning disabilities. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire based on a review of previous literature. The questionnaire consisted of (37) items distributed across seven dimensions, with each dimension addressing one service: inclusion services, the resource room, the functional approach, school counseling services, scaffolding, the task-analysis-based training strategy, and the multisensory teaching strategy. The study sample consisted of (5) female primary school teachers of pupils with learning disabilities at Al-Rahman Al-Rahim Coeducational School, affiliated with the Benha Educational Administration, Qalyubia Governorate. The researcher employed a one-group quasi-experimental design. The study instruments included a questionnaire for measuring primary school teachers’ level of knowledge regarding the services provided to their pupils with learning disabilities, in addition to a counseling program specifically developed for this purpose by the researcher. The results of the study revealed an improvement in teachers’ level of knowledge regarding the services provided to their pupils with learning disabilities.
