Introduction
All this spur the International Federation of Associated Wrestling to find a way of suspense, excitement and fun through September 2013 games law amendments, one of the most important amendment is fiving (2) points instead of (1) point for taking down the opponent under control through 3 points. (International Federation of Associated Wrestling styles 2013, p31)
Through this analysis, and game law amendments, takedown skill importance is clear which had the upper hand in winning achievement in 2013 ، From what mentioned above research problem summarized in takedown skill importance, in addition to use kinematic science in designing specific exercises for different weights wrestling players (light, medium and heavy).
Research objective:
This research aims to develop proposed framework for some specific exercises in light of some kinematical characteristics resulted from kinematical analysis of takedown skill for different weights wrestling players (light, medium and heavy)..
Research queries:
1- What are most important kinematical characteristics govern technical performance of takedown skill within Roman wrestling players?
2- What are the most important proposed specific exercises in light of kinematical characteristics govern technical performance of takedown skill within Roman wrestling players?
Research Methodology:
Descriptive approach was used as it suits research nature.
Research sample:
has been selected intentionally and consisted of three international players over 20 years from Egypt team, one player in each of the following weights: (light, medium and heavy)
Data collection tools and methods:
1- kinetic analysis program (Motion Track Analysis. (MTA).
2- Video tools and equipments.
3- Program calibration unit. 4- Video-graph method .
Conclusions:
Takedown skill specific exercises were extracted according to its effect resulted from kinetic analysis.
Recommendations:
1- It is necessary to include proposed specific exercises as an important component for developing wrestling skill performance.
