Abstract:

Introduction and research problem: Football is one of sporting activities with great interest at the local and international sports activities, one of the attitudes of the many and distinct differences in the complexity and the nature and circumstances of the competition, as well as contain multiple technical skills. It is important that the performance of the player quickly and accurately with the ability to change direction and speed and to be able to scroll and control under various conditions and that the operations traps and that aiming the ball towards the goal carefully, taking advantage of the technical characteristics of correction and in order to bring the player the highest level performance during the match should be prepared setting technically integrated in the light of the requirements of football and is due to several factors including the nature of the game and game time and the large area of the stadium and the large number of duties assigned to him. (9: 55 - 74), (1: 1-3). As for Sports Excellence, is based on upgrading a range elements of physical and mental and motor skills as well as the ability to develop and continuity of these elements through training and competition added to the level of health status and properties of physiological enjoyed by the player (5: 1-3), (15: 1-2 ). And where the ball is modern their requirements present distinctly different from the ball in its infancy as the development plans of play and tremendous progress in all elements of the game made it very difficult to remain potential physical as it is, especially in light of progress terrible in all elements of the game and an objective view of the nature of those components, we find that: 1 - multi-way defense made it difficult for the player to achieve objectives in addition to the large area of the pitch and size of the physical effort required to play in the time necessary to bring about changes in the nature of physical preparation to become in line and kept up with the new duties to be performed during the game. * Lecturer, Department of Curriculum and Training, Faculty of Physical Education Port Said. ** Lecturer, Department of Athletic Training Faculty of Education, Sports Port. 2 - the evolution of modes of play and plans to play offensive and defensive individual and collective, through which is on the player and the duty of my plans can not be played without having enjoyed a balanced basic skills and physical abilities associated with the movements of discount and includes performers is the behavior of a sudden confuse the opponent and the dispersal of his thinking. (11: 14-15) He thinks that researchers Alvartlk training that fits great with the quality of performance in football, which is characterized by speed, endurance, strength and bearing bearing speed and the struggle for a long time during the game while maintaining a high degree of physical fitness and artistic competition until the last times. And Alvartlk term Swedish Fartlek means literally play fast, which is running for spaces of various lengths short, medium and long and variable speed of walking (antenna) until the intensity maximum (no antenna) without any prior planning for the change that occurs in the speed is not in distance running and is often done in outdoor space and are running the change in the nature (sand - green - high - low - Plains - unpaved) (2: 169). Agree Abul-Ela Abdul-Fattah, Ahmed Nasr El-Din (1993) and Bastawisi Ahmed (1999) that the training Alvartlk used by trainers to improve the endurance-General and all bear the speed and carrying power, thanks to the way I jumped numbers in the run middle and long distance, especially after the amendment, so down time and space specific In the beginning it was left to select the player running the distance events and whatever seems to him (3: 274), (4: 170). The method Holmer to Vartlk is the optimum technique in training football especially example (4) and your running, inside the football stadium beginning of running, slow from the net until the middle of the stadium and then sprint from the halfway line until the net the other and then repeat the run after the groups repeatedly peppered run slow with innovation in shapes (20:44). There is the way Polish, which adds a force to the speed and endurance as added exercises of the arms and shoulder girdle, abdomen, back to the program by performing the exercise known as (heathen, and extend arms - heathen, and extend the trunk - screwing on the bar - jump to the top) and so lead exercises between the groups or duplicates ( 21:45), (20:39). The Jose Manuel that the total distance to run 10-12 kilograms include in the first part the biggest running steps and easy run average voltage 200-600 m, and running a gradual speed 150-300 m, and running speed 50-100 m and the rise and fall slopes for a distance of 100-200 m that contains this type of training that content to increase impact (6:16). It features training Alvartlk flexibility and the possibility to adjust to the needs of the players on where they can perform Alvartlk anywhere (football stadiums - Tennis Hockey - landscaping - the shores of the Sea - the hills - Highlands - slopes) also works on business development antenna and non-air as he concentrated on both power output of the antenna and anaerobic together at prescribed rates through the unit training one it combines the physiological effects of each of the work of the antenna and the anaerobic and the training interval the quality of the continuous and repetitive training methods which are mainly dependent on the track, which affects the players are bored, and thus the performance of training remarkable ease Hence the importance of Alvartlk which is characterized by changing the locations and the varying speeds performance to give thrill and excitement, seriousness and activity on performance (24: 89).
