Abstract:

Masturbation is the stimulation of sexual organs usually to the point of orgasm; it is a relatively neglected topic in sex and social science research. Aim: The study was to assess knowledge and attitude of married women regarding masturbation risks . Design: descriptive research design was utilized. Setting: out-patient clinic in obstetrics and gynecological department at Benha university hospital.. Sampling: Convenient sample of married women, total number is 334 women. Tools: tools were utilized for data collection, structured-interviewing questionnaire sheet and modified Likert scale.
