Abstract:

The research aims at Design a device to measure attacking skills performance speed and accuracy for fencing players and scientifically standardize the device. The research sample consisted of two groups, one distinctive group consisted of (18) national teams male-female fencers, and the other is indistinctive group consisted of (18) fencers players not in national teams. Experimental approach used. The most important results were: 1- Electronic device designed to measure fencers' attacking skills performance speed and accuracy. 2- Confirming validity of the device in measuring attacking skills performance 3- Confirming reliability of the device by Test-Retest 4- The designed device has high validity and reliability in measuring attacking skill performance speed and accuracy.
