الجامعات المصرية وتحديات التصنيفات العالمية - دراسة تحليلية نقدية في ضوء معايير تصنيف شنغهاي

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على موقع الجامعات المصرية في إطار تصنيف شنغهاي، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتحسين مستوى ترتيب الجامعات المصرية ، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي قد تساعد في تحسين مستوى ترتيب الجامعات المصرية في ضوء معايير تصنيف شنغهاي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج النقدي، و تبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما الإجراءات العملية لتحسين مستوى ترتيب الجامعات المصرية في ضوء معايير تصنيف شنغهاي؟
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لتحسين مستوى ترتيب الجامعات المصرية في ضوء معايير تصنيف شنغهاي، وفقاً لإطارين، الإطار الأول: وتمثل في مجموعة من السياسات الحاكمة والموجهة للتحسين والتطوير؛ للعمل بها مستقبلا في هذا المجال، والإطار الثاني: تمثل في طرح مجموعة من الآليات التي يمكن من خلالها تنفيذ تلك المحاولات التطويرية، كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، منها: تعزيز نشر ثقافة مفهوم وسياسات التصنيف العالمي للجامعات، وإنشاء الهيئة العربية لتصنيف الجامعات العربية، ولفت انتباه الجامعات المصرية إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بمواقعها على شبكة الإنترنت، وتحسين جودة البحث العلمي، وتحسين البيئة التعليمية، وتطوير البنية التحتية للجامعات.

Abstract
Egyptian universities and the challenges of world rankings - analytical critical study in the light of the Shanghai ranking standards

The present study aimed to identify the Egyptian universities position in the framework of the Shanghai classification, and make some recommendations that may help to improve the level of the order of Egyptian universities in the light of the criteria Shanghai ranking, where the descriptive approach and critical approach were used, and the problem of the study was crystallized in the main following question: what practical measures to improve the level of the order of Egyptian universities in the light of the criteria for rankings Shanghai?
The study has come out to improve the level of the order of the Egyptian universities in the light of the criteria of Shanghai ranking, and this proposal has been adopted in accordance with the two frames, the first frame: represents a set of policies that direct any future work in this trend, , and the second frame: represents showing a set of mechanisms that enable us to imply those developmental attempts,
The study offered a set of recommendations, such as: the dissemination of the culture of the concept and policies of the world rankings of universities, and the creation of an Arab authority on the ranking of Arab Universities, and draw the attention of the Egyptian universities to the need for attendance to their websites, and improve the quality of scientific research, and improving the learning environment and the development of infrastructure for universities
