Abstract: |
This study conducted on 30 patients suffered from bilateral chronic maxil lary sinusitis. Inferior antrostomy was performed in one side, while endoscopic middle antrostomy was performed in the other side. Follow up for 3 months showed improvement of symptoms in 60% of patients underwent endoscopic middle antrostomy while improvement occurred in 40% of the other side. No closure of the endoscopic middle antrostomies occurred while 10% of inferior antrostomies were closed. |
