This research aims to build a measure of job alienation among extension workers in Qalyubia Governorate, as well as identifying the level of job alienation among extension workers in a community. The researcher used a comprehensive approach by conducting a questionnaire for the respondents in the study community, where the researcher applied the field study to agricultural extension workers at all job levels ( There are 37 respondents in Qalyubia Governorate, including 22 respondents from the “Toukh Centre”, 6 respondents from the “Banha Centre”, 3 respondents from the “Kafr Shukr Centre”, 2 respondents from the “Shibin Al-Qanater Centre”, and 2 respondents from “Al-Qanater Al-Khairiya Center”, only one respondent from “Al-Khanka Centre”, and only one respondent from “Qalyoub Centre”. |
