Abstract:

Introduction and the problem of the research: The ability of muscles plays a big role at developing the performance of many talents of volley ball game, volleyball marks with a complexity and combination in its motion as a reference we could revise the special study of the European Union of many movements of the players and their abilities in jumping and we can see that the average of vertical jumping at the tournaments at 1979 was 88 cm but now it reached to 120 of general jumping. So the foot work is so important in volley ball game that many specialists agreed that firstrate volley ball player who is able to use his legs very well to known timing of his running and when he could jump. And also the explosive ability for both arms 9striking arm have their own importance for volleyball players while hitting sever with jumping and attacking aggressively while two legs will be used while jumping and going up. So the big problem here in moving the body at turns and changing positions which depends only on the joints of knee and foot so it is noticed the joint injuries in recent years, so many training programs preferred now to transfer training from ground to water which many studies asserted that efficiency of using the aquatic training in developing programs preferred now to transfer training from ground to water which many studies asserted that efficiency of using the aquatic training in developing physical features, where Mokhtar Salem and Adel Fouzy asserted the importance of using water as a mean in training to get the full benefit from the pushing power of water and floatation to practice the physical trainings. The importance of research: 1. The importance of transferring the training from ground to water as mean in developing physical training. 2. Bringing attention in developing ability of muscles as a feature for volley ball players.
