Abstract:

Interested caliphs and kings and sultans over the centuries the city of Medina and provide them with their needs from the grain and money, due to its position in the hearts of Muslims. Egypt's rulers did not give up in the nineteenth century for the policy pursued by the Ottoman Empire to the holy places in Mecca and Medina, the Rao care of the Two Holy Mosques and care for pilgrims and secure their access to important holy sites of religious must maintain them to acquire the feelings of Muslims all over the world.
