Fine elements Fine in Islamic Art were not improvised, but its existence is based on studied principles and measures, where some of which were transcribed from the arts prevalent in the countries, the Arabs opened, and became an integral part of the Islamic State, namely Sassanian art, Byzantine art, Roman art, Coptic art, Indian art, China arts and Asia Minor arts. Islamic Art did not take all that come across in earlier civilizations arts of fine themes, elements and vocabulary, but it took the position of a critic examiner, so that it took long, namely about three centuries in collecting and storing (blending and integrating), modifying and innovating plastic elements and artistic subjects fitting with their Arabian taste and Islamic philosophy, so that what had resulted was plastic elements that have their specificity, that eye almost never miss, as geometrical fine elements, although Islamic Art did not create them, there is no way to deny its capacity in the way of drawing, distributing and coordinating these geometrical elements, and mathematically organizing them in various ways, that have taken it to creative levels, many other arts, from other civilizations did not reach. Sasanian and Byzantine arts have formed the most important features of Islamic Art. These arts have reached the Islamic empire through two ways; the first was before the Islamic era, because of Persian occupation of most of the state territories, Egypt in 619G. and then transferring, through these countries, Islamic Art after the Islamic conquest to them. Secondly, through the Byzantine state, which ruled most of the countries at the time, and Byzantine interest was great in Sassanid products. The research is divided into six chapters, beside an introductory chapter and the results and recommendations
