Abstract:

Albdnyih the field of education and sports , we were in the scientific renaissance and adopt the broad in that the scientific research through substantive study suggests .... and many sports people between jobs and are training centers . Find a target : • Identify the obstacles facing the Ka of the coach and the player and Aladras the activities of basketball , boxing , athletics . • assess the level of players in some of the skills for activities under study . The research sample : Tsamnt sample coaches , administrators and players Altabaaan training centers for the provinces of Cairo and Alexandria , Eastern , Beni Suef , Giza, Ismailia . Means of data collection • Note ( Attachment: 1) Attachment 2: a, b, c) • tests to assess the level of the players . • a questionnaire for trainers . • a questionnaire for administrators . Results: The results showed the following: • There are no differences in the level of motor research sample between pre and post measurement and this indicates that there are deficiencies in the training process . • There is no specific programs and planned on scientific grounds by the unions . • lack of interest in the development of trainers evolution teaching methods and training. • lack of knowledge of some of the administrative methods of planning activity performance training center . • lack of attention to the codification of training loads . • lack of attention to the records on cases of players . • lack of attention to health care, social players .
