Supervises technical operations of the reform program in seven governorates; Cairo, Alexandria, Beni-Sueif, Fayoum, Minia, Qena, and Aswan. Responsibilities included overseeing the development of teacher training materials including one-classroom facilitators and implementation of training workshops in lesson planning, active learning, classroom management, critical thinking, cooperative learning, puppet making, and subject matter courses.
